These Terms of Service govern your use of Crosslify, an AI tool that helps online sellers generate product images, listing copy, keywords, and marketplace-ready ecommerce assets.
1. Operator and Contact
Crosslify is operated by Crosslify, an individual operator. For support, billing, or legal questions, contact support@crosslify.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Crosslify. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Crosslify offers free and paid monthly subscription plans priced in USD. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Subscription management and checkout may be handled by our payment provider.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Crosslify to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or marketplace-prohibited content. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing them on any marketplace or sales channel.
5. User Content and Generated Outputs
You retain rights to product photos and other content you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your own commercial listings and marketing. You may not resell Crosslify outputs as a stock asset library, template library, or competing service.
6. AI Output Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, visual artifacts, inaccurate claims, or marketplace compliance issues. Crosslify does not guarantee that any output will be accepted by a marketplace or produce specific sales results.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and uploaded content is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update features, quotas, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable channels.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
Crosslify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, marketplace penalties, or business interruption resulting from your use of the service.
