Refund Policy

Crosslify offers monthly subscriptions in USD. This policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.
1. First Subscription Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase if your account has generated fewer than 5 images during that paid period.
2. What Is Not Eligible
Refunds are generally not available for renewals after the first billing period, accounts with 5 or more generated images in the paid period, subscriptions cancelled after the billing period has ended, or misuse of the service.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@crosslify.com with your account email, plan name, purchase date, and a short reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by our payment provider. Bank or card issuer processing times may vary.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals. You may continue using the remaining quota for the current paid period unless the subscription is refunded or terminated for misuse.
